Cancellation Policy
Coaching Information: Coaching is an individual consultation and support service. It does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. Payment: The fee is due before the start of the session and is payable via the offered payment methods. Cancellation: Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Later cancellations or no-shows: 20% of the fee is due. The agreed duration of a coaching session begins at the agreed time. Any lateness on the part of the participant is their responsibility and does not entitle them to an extension of the agreed session. The fee will not be reduced. The right of withdrawal expires as soon as the service has been fully rendered (§ 356 para. 4 BGB).
