New: Safety Balance - Pacing Package

  • Start possible at any time , bookable in addition to or separately from the Safety Retreat program - number of participants limited

  • In the initial one-on-one consultation (lasting approximately 40-60 minutes), we will take the time to discuss your medical history, current symptoms, and your present life situation in detail. Together, we will clarify what is important to you and what your goals are. Based on this, we will develop an individual, well-structured plan that fits you and your daily life.

  • The two subsequent one-on-one follow-up sessions (approximately 30 minutes each) will take place at appropriate intervals over the six weeks. During these sessions, we will discuss your progress, what has already changed, and where you are still facing challenges. If necessary, we will adjust the plan to your current situation. These sessions provide a space for your questions, guidance on managing symptoms, and ongoing support for your development.

  • You can send us brief feedback via email once a week. We will read and respond to these messages. This way, you have a point of contact between appointments – for example, if new questions arise, symptoms cause concern, or you simply want feedback.

When does one-on-one coaching make sense?

Our experience shows:
Individual consultations are particularly helpful when a common understanding already exists. Especially with complex conditions, it's important to first understand the connections and what really matters in everyday life. We create this foundation in our program.

Without this foundation, there is a risk that important aspects of the conversation cannot yet be properly assessed.

If those affected are currently unable to actively participate themselves, we recommend that their relatives start with the program first.

This way, an understanding of what is helpful develops step by step. Individual pieces of information can then be passed on to those affected at their own pace, depending on what can be readily absorbed. And that is precisely what we then build upon in personal conversations.

Individual 1:1 Sessions

We look forward to accompanying you on your journey.

Individual one-on-one sessions offer additional support for, for example:

  • Implementing pacing techniques

  • Implementing strategies in everyday life

  • Clarifying personal questions

  • Managing symptoms

  • Recognizing your own patterns

  • Planning your next steps

  • Personal challenges

Upon request, the focus of the 1:1 session with Rolf can also be on the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model developed by Richard Schwartz.
