In the initial one-on-one consultation (lasting approximately 40-60 minutes), we will take the time to discuss your medical history, current symptoms, and your present life situation in detail. Together, we will clarify what is important to you and what your goals are. Based on this, we will develop an individual, well-structured plan that fits you and your daily life.
-
The two subsequent one-on-one follow-up sessions (approximately 30 minutes each) will take place at appropriate intervals over the six weeks. During these sessions, we will discuss your progress, what has already changed, and where you are still facing challenges. If necessary, we will adjust the plan to your current situation. These sessions provide a space for your questions, guidance on managing symptoms, and ongoing support for your development.
-
You can send us brief feedback via email once a week. We will read and respond to these messages. This way, you have a point of contact between appointments – for example, if new questions arise, symptoms cause concern, or you simply want feedback.
