Individual 1:1 Sessions

We look forward to accompanying you on your journey with the Safety Retreat Online Program.

Individual online consultations can be booked separately from the program via the practices and provide additional support for, e.g.:

  • Implementation of pacing

  • Medical history, discussion of findings

  • Implementing the strategies in everyday life

  • Clarification of personal questions

  • Dealing with symptoms

  • Recognizing one's own patterns

  • Planning your next steps

  • personal challenges

If desired, the focus of the 1:1 appointment with HP Rolf can also be on the Internal Family System (IFS) according to Richard Schwartz.

1:1 Consultation

Our recommended procedure

  1. Building a foundation and understanding of the program (content of videos 1-15).

  2. The next step involves targeted 1:1 support via the practices for individual questions or in the pacing package.

  • In the initial one-on-one consultation (lasting approximately 40-60 minutes), we will take the time to discuss your medical history, current symptoms, and your present life situation in detail. Together, we will clarify what is important to you and what your goals are. Based on this, we will develop an individual, well-structured plan that fits you and your daily life.

  • The two subsequent one-on-one follow-up sessions (approximately 30 minutes each) will take place at appropriate intervals over the six weeks. During these sessions, we will discuss your progress, what has already changed, and where you are still facing challenges. If necessary, we will adjust the plan to your current situation. These sessions provide a space for your questions, guidance on managing symptoms, and ongoing support for your development.

  • You can send us brief feedback via email once a week. We will read and respond to these messages. This way, you have a point of contact between appointments – for example, if new questions arise, symptoms cause concern, or you simply want feedback.

Why pacing in MCAS/MCS?

Everyone with MCAS or MCS reacts differently. Therefore, there is no one-size-fits-all solution. In our personalized pacing program , we will work together to understand your individual situation and develop a step-by-step approach that suits you.

The goal is to avoid feeling overwhelmed without resorting to avoidance. This will help you learn to better interpret your body's signals and gain more confidence in everyday life . You will receive personal support and can discuss your questions and challenges in a safe and confidential environment – at your own pace and tailored to your individual situation.
